She also made the traditional bak chang but I like this more. Less salty and meaty. I always told her bak chang is full of fatty pork therefore I hate it. Prefer bak chang without the bak. Silly me. So one year, she made one without the bak, only with mushroom and some other ingredients. Should called it mushroom chang instead.
